1-to-1 sessions provide tailored psychological support to help you feel more confident, consistent, and in control—whether you’re preparing for competition, building a training routine, returning from injury, or trying to balance sport with the rest of life. We’ll start by clarifying what you want to change (and what “better” looks like), then work on practical strategies you can apply immediately in the moments that matter: training, performance, recovery, and day-to-day pressure.

Sessions are collaborative and paced to suit you. You can expect a mix of structured skill-building (e.g., managing nerves, attention and focus, self-talk, routines, motivation) and reflective work to understand patterns that keep showing up. You’ll also leave with simple, realistic “between-session” actions so progress continues outside the session—without adding overwhelm.
