Walk-and-Talk

Walk-and-Talk sessions offer the same tailored psychological support as 1-to-1 work, but outdoors and side-by-side while you walk at a comfortable pace. For many people, moving and being in open space makes it easier to talk, think clearly, and feel less “on the spot” than sitting face-to-face in a room. It can also be a good fit if you feel restless, tend to overthink, or you simply do your best thinking while you’re moving.

We’ll still begin by clarifying what you want to work on—whether that’s managing pressure, confidence, motivation, focus, recovery from injury, or finding better balance around training and performance. Sessions blend conversation with practical tools you can use in real situations, and we’ll agree small, manageable actions to try between sessions so progress carries into your week. Routes and pace are agreed in advance, with options to pause when needed, and the session stays focused, confidential, and structured—just in a format that feels more natural for some people.
