Organisation consultancy offers structured psychological support for clubs, teams, and workplaces who want performance and wellbeing to improve together. It’s designed to fit your environment—your culture, constraints, schedule, and goals—rather than bringing in a generic programme that looks good on paper but doesn’t land in practice. This can be a strong fit if you want consistent language and shared tools across staff and performers, or if you’re looking for a clearer framework to support pressure, confidence, communication, and healthy standards over a season.
We’ll begin with a short scoping process to understand what you need and what success looks like—whether that’s improving performance under pressure, strengthening leadership and communication, supporting staff/athlete wellbeing, enhancing learning environments, or developing psychologically informed practice across the organisation. Consultancy can include a blend of stakeholder meetings, observation, staff education, workshops, performance/wellbeing audits, and practical resources that embed into daily routines. You’ll receive clear recommendations, an agreed plan, and simple measures to track progress so the work stays accountable and useful.
Delivery can be one-off, project-based, or retained across a block of time. I work collaboratively with key staff to ensure the approach is realistic, ethical, and sustainable, and I’ll be transparent about what’s within scope (and what would be better supported through individual work or external services).
