Group Workshops
Group sessions offer structured sport psychology support in a shared setting, bringing people together to learn practical skills, practise them in real time, and feel less alone with common performance and wellbeing challenges. For many, the group format normalises experiences like pressure, confidence dips, motivation swings, and overthinking and creates momentum through shared learning and accountability. It can be a great fit if you’re motivated by learning alongside others, want a more affordable option than 1-to-1, or value hearing different perspectives and approaches.
We’ll begin by clarifying the focus of the group workshops and what you want to get from them; whether that’s managing nerves, building confidence, improving focus, developing performance routines, handling setbacks, or finding a healthier balance around training and competition. Sessions blend short teaching segments with guided discussion and practical exercises, so you’re not just hearing ideas, you’re building tools you can use immediately. You’ll also leave with simple, manageable actions to try between sessions so progress carries into your week.
